Mirato is looking for a SW Engineering Team Lead

Mirato’s TPRM intelligence platform elevates existing Third-Party-Risk-Management programs and tools by streamlining an entire operation’s data into one smart platform. Using natural language processing (NLP) and advanced artificial intelligence (AI), Mirato validates and enriches this data, turning it into actionable insights.  What was previously multi-destination, manual-intensive labor is now replaced by the Mirato platform and is easily managed from one dashboard. This saves time and money (up to 60% of assessment cost) while increasing an organization’s ability to mitigate risk in an ever-evolving risk landscape.

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, skilled, hands-on SW engineering Team Lead with top-notch people skills to join us and build our infrastructure and products. The Team Leader will be responsible for the agile process, technological mentoring & guidance, professional advancement, and personal management of the team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and building the methodology for triaging production incidents
  • Being the focal point for the core frameworks that drive our product, such as Cadence and JanusGraph / Apache Tinkerpop.
  • Integration and support for our external API and data-sources partners.
  • Guiding DevOps engineers in making sure we continue to deliver scalable, resilient and cost-effective development and production environments.
Required Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as TL.
  • At least 4 years of experience as software engineer (excluding TL responsibilities if applicable)
  • Passion for triaging and debugging production environments.
  • Experience with supporting a Kubernetes based SaaS product
  • Solid knowledge of either Python or Go.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with Graph Databases and data models
  • Advantage: Familiarity with GCP
