Mirato is looking for a Regional Sales Manager
We are a fast-growing startup seeking a professional and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We are revolutionizing the TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) market by automating the manual work of the risk assessment based on AI technologies.
As RSM, you will be a critical function of the Mirato sales team and responsible for building new client relationships and managing the sales process for existing and prospective customers in assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end sales process through closing, business- and technical-validation, legal and procurement.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Initiated inquiries to potential clients in the US market to introduce the company and its solutions.
- Demonstrating knowledge of TPRM industry, products, and competitor offerings
- Generating and qualifying new sales leads.
- Utilizing prospecting and research tools to qualify and create opportunities with ideal personas in target accounts.
- Identifying customer needs and effectively articulate compelling value propositions around Mirato’s products and services.
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system accurately.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of sales experience and individual quota carrying within an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new customers.
- proven sales record in selling TPRM and/or GRC solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling to C-level executives.
- Successful track record in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.
- A driven, creative, self-starter and strategic thinker.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and sales tools (LinkedIn).
- Existing relationships with key contacts in the territory – an Advantage
- Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy and diligent work ethic
- Good PPT skills – an advantage
- A BA degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
